I will take some measurements when i get a chance (my meter is packed
away in a box for an upcoming move). they really brag about the power
consumption. there are actually headers on the board for measuring
this.
one thing i have noticed is that the speed of an igloo nano device is
much slower. the synthesis shows 24MHz for the I2S DAC design. the pin
compatible proasic3 nano device synthesizes for 58MHz. I don' remember
exactly but i thought it was 100s of MHz on the spartan3a board. I
think that is fast enough for the things I want to do with these.
