[Fpga-synth] ARM & FPGA Audio board - update

Final review on the PCB design is complete and it has been submitted to 
the fab. The website is updated with the final schematic, board plot and 
gerbers. I expect to get the boards in 3-4 weeks and I'll be assembling 
and testing it in sections so that I know what's working. It will 
probably take a few weeks to know if everything is functional but I'll 
post updates as I go.
