EEtimes[1] says: "The Spartan-6 family is priced at between about $3 and 
$54 in high volume of 10,000 units, according to Brent Pryzbus, director 
of product marketing. The Virtex-6 range is priced at between $50 and 
$2,000, depending on FPGA logic capacity and volume."

So based on previous enduser seller pricing that probably translates to 
somewhere around the $15-$250 range...
