[Fpga-synth] Linear / Expo Release for ADSR Working

I've got my ADSR modified to release linearly or exponentially on a
selectable basis.  I like it.  I'm getting some pretty good bell sounds now
with GateManPoly/8.  

Thanks Eric, for bringing this up.  

It makes the bells sound far less synthy and much more natural.  This synth
uses an SVF for it's filter, certain settings of it's ADSR and Q values
make for an interesting little chirp during attack that makes it sound very
much like a metal bell struck with something hard, like a hard wood mallet.

It's not quite finished yet, but I'm getting sounds I really like.
