[Fpga-synth] Avnet Spartan 3A news

Gang,

A couple of guys on the AVS3A newsgroup have cobbled together a 
Linux-based FPGA download application that will talk to the Avnet 
Spartan 3A demo board.

For those of you who are interested, a tarball of the source code is 
available here:

I've gotten this working on both Fedora 9 and Mac OS X 10.5.
