[Fpga-synth] All of the jumpers are set but the Done LED doens't light up

Hmm looks like jumper 7 was open and needed to be closed. I didn't
notice this in any pictures.
Someone in Comp.Arch.FPGA wrote a list of jumpers though. and that worked.

Problem solved.
