[Fpga-synth] All of the jumpers are set but the Done LED doens't light up

this doesnt sound very good at all :(

If you are programming the board exactly the way you were before when it
worked but are still getting this error now, then there is a chance that
your board may be damaged. If you have another board to program with the
software you may want to try and program it to see if there is a problem
with the software.
You could also contact Xilinx support to see if others have had the same
issue. Other than that the board simply just may be damaged to the point of
inoperability. Sorry for the inconvenience."
