[Fpga-synth] Very Odd Error Message from WebPACK ISE

I found this as the first few lines of the .syr file:

   Port_Compress::UnCompress() : (Z_DATA_ERROR) input data was corrupted.
INTERNAL_ERROR:Portability:basutencodeimp.c:230:1.23 - Number of bytes peeked does
not match number of bytes requested.  Corrupted file?

I think I should reinstall and if it doesn't go away, ... Xilinx forum.
