[Fpga-synth] Very Odd Error Message from WebPACK ISE

While working on this latest synth, I am getting this error:

ERROR:Portability:74: - ************************************************ Port_Compress::UnCompress() : (Z_DATA_ERROR) input data was corrupted.

Oddly enough, the design appears to work.

Xilinx has notes about this error message, but only for earlier versions of ISE (8.2).  I am using WebPACK ISE version 10.1.03(nt).

Any clues?  I have _no_ idea what Z_DATA is...
