[Fpga-synth] All of the jumpers are set but the Done LED doens't light up

Hi,
I have a s3e sk and all the jumpers are in there default positions but
the done LED doesn't light up. I'm using ISE 9.2i.
When i perform a boundry scan, iMPACT tells me that it detects many
devices and asks me if i want to continue.
if i do, iMPACT just hangs.
Can someone please help?
No offense to anyone here (you might work at digilent) but they're
simply trying to give me the brush off.
and i've even begged them for help. :/
