[Fpga-synth] FPGA JTAG programming

That's the cheapest and smallest USB<->JTAG I've seen so far. I  
thought Amontec had some small stuff - their USB to ARM is cheap, but  
their JTAG adaptors cost more.

Anyway, thanks for the detail.
