[Fpga-synth] Inexpensive Spartan 3A development board

I ordered one just after my last email, when their website said "six
week lead time"; their most recent suggestion was that it'll be
dispatched on 30 July. Then about two days after I ordered, they
changed the state from "6 weeks" to "call us". Oh well...
