I just got my starter kit too.  Thanks Eric, Scott, and everyone else for the great FAQ's and start up hints.  

The website looks a little stale, but also check out the wiki:

To get audio out, I plan on making a little daughter board with some jacks and inline ac coupling capacitors.  The DAC output header (J5) has fairly standard pin spacings so it shouldn't be to hard to find some connector to fit it.
