[Fpga-synth] Try out spartan3e projects, questions

Hi all,

I´ve tried out the Xilinx sine computation block in a test setup to feed 
it values and read them back, and to try out how fast it works. A Tcl 
script can plot a graph from the values computed by the FPGA, and there 
is a clockcycle counter in the toplevel schematics, see on the bottom of:
