I recall seeing some emails about the process on SDIY a few months back 
which sounded rather involved. I think Paul Schreiber mentioned lots of 
complicated forms & etc required to keep things from ending up in limbo, 
but this seems pretty simple.

Good to hear that the threshold in DE has been raised to a reasonable 
level. Hopefully it's equally straightforward for others.
