From your side, filling out the green customs sticker about content, 
value, and whether it is merchandise or a gift, should be enough.

Not sure about other countries, but at least Germany recently raised the 
waiver for private persons to IIRC 150€ (from formerly 22€ merchandise 
and 45€ gift value) -- they probably finally figured out that employing 
2 persons for 10-15 minutes costs more than it generates revenue for 
small values.
