[Fpga-synth] Stereo Audio Interface update

I've gotten all the components for an initial run of the Stereo Audio 
Interface that I mentioned here a few weeks ago. I've built the first 
prototype and put up a webpage with pictures:

So far I've heard from 7 individuals who are interested in this, with a 
total of about 13 boards requested. That's a little shy of the goal of 
20 units I had, so if we don't reach that we may have to work out some 
alternatives.

So far I haven't fully tested this unit, but I'll report back when I've 
confirmed that it works. Right now I know that it powers up without 
damage. :)
