[Fpga-synth] Never Mind - I found the problem

I noticed that IE was attempting to contact a server on 127.0.0.1.  I have a disdain for advertisers, so I keep a list of the ones that I found most annoying and put their server name in my hosts file with IP address 127.0.0.1.  I don't know which one was needed, but after I replaced my hosts file with one that simply defines localhost and no others, the download manager runs.
