[Fpga-synth] Dumb ISE Question

8.2i...  It's on left, "help" calls it the "sources window", it's really the sources,
snapshots and libraries window (contents controlled by one of 3 tabs so named).  At
the top there is a bar that says "Hierarchy" when the "sources" tab is active.  Just
above the bar that has "Hierarchy" in it, there is another bar which contains 2
dropdowns.  The left one has "Sythesis/Implementation", "Behavioral Simulation" and
"Post-Route simulation" selections, the one on the right is "Number of" dropdown.  <--
is this the "useless toolbar"?

Me too, but I'm fearful...  8.2i has been working and I'm accustomed to many of it's
quirks.
