[Fpga-synth] ISE Version issue

Scott,

I've been happily using Webpack 8.2.02 on WinXP for my S3Esk stuff, but 
today I found a synthesis error that went away when I used ISE 9.1 on 
Linux (the full install that I have for the 'day job').

I'd like to update my Webpack to the latest version available, but I 
recall you had some serious problems getting it working. I don't 
remember seeing specifically what the solution was (if any).

Do you have any suggestions and/or warnings for someone about to try 
upgrading webpack?
