[Fpga-synth] Pickup works now

I read over the string model documents I have and paid closer attention to
the SDL (single delay line) models.  The SDL models are math morphs of the
equations for the dual delay line model.  

In the SDL model, there is one delay line for the string coupled to a comb
filter made of a second variable length delay line and a subtractor.  It
works now, first cut sounds pretty good, I have pickup postition connected
to the mod wheel.  Back to work.
