[Fpga-synth] Spartan-3E RAM primitives

I'm trying to instantiate a 128x1 RAM with a primitive, the Libraries guide
I have, internally entitled "Spartan-3E Libraries Guide for HDL Designs",
indicates that a RAM128X1S primitive is available. Also, if I use the ISE
language templates feature, it shows up there with an instantiation
template. When I use the template, I get an error:

Logical block CFDL0/CFDL00 of type RAM128X1S has to be retargetted. This
type is not supported in the Spartan3 architecture.

I note the error message says "Spartan3" and not "Spartan-3E".

The ISE target device setting is xc3s500e-4fg320, so it is set correctly.

I downloaded another version of the guide PDF and it didn't even include
Spartan-3E at all.

So the question is, where is the definitive list that contains the
libraries I can use?

-- When the going gets tough, the tough use the command line.
