[Fpga-synth] Continuing Saga of 9.2i

I spent all day yesterday installing win2k, all ~90 updates and then ISE. 
ISE does the same thing in this fresh install that it did in the upgrade. 
Impact can't find one of the bsd files (even tho it's there).  I tried to
manually configure the chain, I can get the FPGA configured, and also the
second blockcan be configured by locating the correct file with the open
dialog box.  However, I couldn't figure out how to configure the 3rd.  

Odd tho, the diagnostic for checking the chain works.  Some of the USB
stuff is working, some is not.

So it looks like time to open a webcase.

I hope this is not because I'm using win2k, they mention only XP and Vista
and while I have a copy of XP, I loathe it...  8.2i worked with 2K...
