[Fpga-synth] WebPACK ISE Alternate Download Site?

Does anyone know of an alternate download site for downloading the
installation package for ISE?  I'm currently trying to download ISE 9.2i,
but it is slow and the connection likes to drop.  Because it's http, so a
broken download can't be resumed as FTP can.

Do any of you know of another place from which I could download this?

I've abandonded trying to get the 1.7 G zip file, it's so large that the
estimate for download is over 2 days.
